Candidate profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum
Professional:
- Working knowledge of standard tools for personal productivity ( MS Office Suite) and at ease with connectivity, video conferencing and the tools for remote working. The candidate should be able to provide mentoring and support to others in their use.
- Previous experiences in business development and commercial roles in the services market. Experience selling to the Public Sector will be considered a strong plus.
- Previous experience in IT roles related to connectivity, front end applications, web management could be a second plus.
Aim of the Scholarship
As part of his/her MBA the candidate will be the responsible to develop a business plan for the introduction of Selexi into the Kenyan market. Selexi will provide a project description which will specify in detail scenario, products, and expected results. While not guaranteed, the company will seriously consider creating an on-going relationship with the successful candidate to establish a presence in the Kenyan market.

Until today, Selexi has managed thousands of selection procedures, mainly for contests held by Public Administrations, and for entrance tests for some of the most important Italian Universities.

Owner of a software for conducting selection procedures, assessment and orientation tests in computerized mode, during the last years Selexi has created a network of exam centers on a worldwide scale, in order to deliver its tests remotely in any state in the world. In 2015, in order to consolidate its leadership in the peculiar field of Computer Based Testing, Selexi has test centers based on its three sites in Milan, Rome and Turin, which, when fully operational, will reach 1,700 locations.
