The Role The Country Manager for Uganda (CMU) is the focal point for the E4Impact Portfolio of activities. Initially the CMU will support the MBA program in Kampala, at Uganda Martyrs University (UMU), and support the development of short programs for new impact entrepreneurs. The final goal is to launch, in partnership with UMU, Entrepreneurship Centers in Uganda which will host acceleration programs, projects for local value chain development, participation to international bid for county development and any other emerging opportunities. S/he will be an integral part of the E4Impact East Africa Team. Position and Location Initially to be based in Nairobi and working within Uganda and later to be based in Kampala, the CMU will be directly answerable and reports to the East Africa General Manager and coordinates, with the Director of Programs, the General Manager and the E4Impact CEO. Profile

Personal Information –  Age: Around 30-40 years –  Language: English proficiency –  Flexible to travel outside of Kenya or Uganda
Education –  Master’s Degree holder –  Preferably in management/MBA
Professional Experience –  2+ years of work experience in project management –  Experience working with international staff
Teaching experience –  Trainer/lecturer in a Management/Entrepreneurship Program
Hard Skills –  Strategy development & Execution –  Marketing and communications –  Accounting and financial management –  Project management –  Fundraising ability –  Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dropbox, Skype, Google Classroom, OBS, etc.
