E4Impact Accelerator

The E4Impact Accelerator 2.0 supports entrepreneurs at the growth and early stage (that have already validated their MVP) and enterprises that need customized support to level up their businesses through our incubation and acceleration programme. The program takes 40 enterprises annually and offers capacity building, market linkages, access to equity grants and debt financing as well as co-working space, professional services, and brand visibility.

To enhance the support and value for the selected entrepreneurs, E4Impact Accelerator is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of a Full stack developer.

We are looking for a full-stack developer to support our enterprises to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a full-stack developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with an eye for visual design and utility.

Experience with Agile methodologies is required.

Full stack developer Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
• Work collaboratively with the teams at the Accelerators/ Incubator to identify methodologies to present and implement strategic and technology solutions
• Gather data and analyze business and user needs

Full stack developer Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• 3+ of computer applications experience
• Proficiency in fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber.
• Proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Proficient in data analysis
• Experience in programming
• Proven experience as a full-stack developer or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
